As a massage therapist, I understand that your body supports your highest goals. I know that to live better you have to feel better and great bodywork can make that possible.
I believe that focused adaptable care and nurture are the pathways to health and your desire results. When in session, I follow the body and listen for how it wants to move and unwind. It is often my goal to create more space, freedom to move and reduce pain. So, I value the time and trust given to aid in your wellness journey.
Bodywork can be more than a craft and closer art. After years of study and crafting thousands of sessions, I know the importance of bringing that experience out in every massage.
In school, I had one goal and that was to be the massage therapist that massage therapists would pay to see. I felt that if the insiders were willing to pay for the work, then I would be better able to serve everyone. I have been blessed to work with many massage therapists, dancers, athletes, soon to be mothers and people with a variety experiences. I have learned much through the work, that now informs how I approach each person and I continue to grow and learn every day.
I know that movement is a sign of life and unfettered movement is an opportunity to quiet the mind and free the spirit.
